Mentoring 

Mentoring, when done correctly, is the one of the best tools we have to engage and KEEP our new members. It can also be utilized to bring members back into the fold who may have lost interest or felt left out.

Please review the Power Points and the notes that go with them. Share with all of your staff and with your FCs. Your SO-MT and SO-HR should also be sharing them with their counterparts at the Flotilla level.
